What visual layout for Campaign Macros do you prefer?

as a drop-in... not really, the closest you can get to it is the bag of tricks, it doesn't do the tabs, but its modular code and not that hard to understand (I think).
To redo this you need a special image which is in the table (this gives the shade to the buttons) and you need the macros in group 1. Macro Frame:
