[Rumble 5.01] BUG: Attack rolls gimmick

Hi, thanks for all the work first. Second, imported powers don't automatically apply weapon proficiency or halflevels to attack rolls on my install, is that expected behavior? Works fine with basic melee attacks and the sample tokens' powers, I can't find the difference via editing. Using v1.3b76 if that makes any difference.

Things to check:

1. Do the powers have the weapon keyword?
2. Is the character's level higher than 1?
3. Does the character have a weapon, and is it equipped?
4. Does the power designate which hand the relevant weapon is in?

Oh! Importing from pdfs wasn't inputting the keywords, switching from the adobe pdf printer to bullzip fixed it, thanks a bunch.

Cool, glad you got it working. Importing is a tricky thing and the PDF support for it isn't as good as pasting from the compendium, so it can be...inexact.

Thanks! That should help with making sure we have a decent chance of importing statblocks, powers and such. I was using DoPDF and the way it does line breaks didn't seem to translate well.
