[Rumble 5.07] BUG: Conditions Messed up after personal Power

I'm not exactly sure if this is the only thing that is affected, but basically it seems if you use a personal skill that is a isn't an interrupt or reaction (was using a minor action) if it gives you an affect that lasts till end of your next turn it breaks the end turn and remove conditions.

The error I get is
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1 error executing expression Reminder = json.remove(Reminder, rtxtPos).

This happens on end turn or clear all conditions.

Well, for the time being, don't do that - I'll get that straightened out as soon as I can.
