[Rumble 5.1.0] How do I use the burstCenter for area attacks

Hey guys, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question but here it is.

I have been using Rumble's 4e framework and absolutely loving it. My DND group adopted it from almost the moment they saw it. My question is, I have been trying to figure out how to create an area attack power for one of my characters but I haven't had much success. I would like to use the burstCenter token, but there are no examples of how to configure a power to use it. There are awesome examples for the other types, melee, ranged and close burst but I haven't found out for the area burst or for a close blast.

If anyone could help me get this set up that would be awesome thanks.
