Rumble Framework - add new marks/quarries/etc. macro

At the request of Kyuss11, I created a small macro that should help you add new mark / quarry / curse type class features to the framework (note that it is strictly for those, not for conditions in general).

This will let you add multiple different marks for the same thing (so you could have multiple colors of fighter mark, etc). It will not be fully automated into the management macro, but it does provide instructions for manually adding the ability to use these to a token. It's not hard to do.

Basic steps to use this macro:

1. Create the new state and state image in the Campaign Properties. Make sure it does not have the same name as any existing condition!

2. Run this macro, and do what it says.
