[Veggiesama] A couple of macro queries.

I'm playing an avenger and I'd like to figure out a way to do a couple of tricks with my power macros to make life a smidgeon easier.
Firstly I'd like to be able to use one channel divinity power, but have the others whited out as if they were used encounter powers since one can only use one channel divinity power per encounter.
The other thing is that I'd like to be able to easily refresh the use of powers. Like for instance, the channel divinity powers where I have an item that lets me do an additional channel divinity power in an encounter, as a daily item power. The same goes for Oath of Enmity when I switch targets.
I know there are ways around all the above, but that's not what I'm asking; I want to find a way to make it work like I mentioned.
