Amaril, MrObviousJosh kinda has a hold on 57, you two should play RPS for it.
meh, he can have it. :)

No, you should both load your best level 5 builds of any PHB character class (standard gold using DMG treasure values appropriate to level 5), and duel it out using maptool.

At least, that's my call.

Of course, the first question is--3.5 or 4e? Assuming we can agree on using D&D...
If we did this, v3.5, human Fighter 2/ Barbarian 3 with EWP (spiked chain), Combat Reflexes, Power Attack, and Toughness.

Looking for Group Forum? Hmmm. I may have to do this. I'll see if I can free up some time and make an arena....

And we're back in business!

Trevor has posted b46, so mrobviousjosh moves down to b57. Azhrei is on deck with this one, but it doesn't look good - Trevor has already posted his intent to do another build in a couple days to include another patch. b47 is probably the earliest bet.

Well, I am the moderator. I could always go back and edit the previous posts so that the final build ended up being my first choice!

;)

But yeah, it looks like this one is going to pass me by... :(

This is the "stable" pool, not the "release" pool, right ?

What's the criteria for stable, because every build gets more and more stable :)

hell if you want to go that way than the correct answer is never because it will probably move to 1.4b before every bug is hammered out :)

i think the intent was 'released'...

as in, which build will be considered stable enough to become the release candidate...

And the answer to that of course is 56. I say that completely objectively, of course.
