1.2b22 update

Post by trevor »

I took last week off (the week after iCon) to take some deep breaths, relax a little.

Time to start cranking again :)

^^^ LOOK! LOOK! ^^^^^
He's mortal! He isn't a cyborg after all. Honestly I was beginning to wonder.

at the risk of sounding impatient, what is the time line plan for wrapping 1.2 up and starting 1.3?

At the risk of sounding redundant ... when it's ready :)

the big thing for me is making sure it's at least as stable as 1.1. I've got some bugs that need fixing, and a little fleshing out to do. So, we're moving towards it.

The worse thing would be to official release it, replacing 1.1 as the official release, and have 1.2 be very buggy and unstable. That'll turn a lot of people off.

oh I understand that. I guess what I should be asking is, Is there a place to look for bug lists? Is that the same place as the feature tracker? Has anyone done a count of outstanding bugs?

Here's the roadmap:

http://tracker.rptools.net/browse/MT?re ... dmap-panel

These are pretty much all trivial, and won't take much time, and are mostly bugs that have been reported for the last two builds.

I was reviewing some of my past requests, and do not see the following issue anywhere in your tracker list. Was it missed?

Thanks!

Keep in mind that we recently switched to the new tracker system, there are still a lot of trackers in the old sourceforge.net tracker system.

To make sure it gets addressed though I have created a tracker for it in the new system
