Token rotation and facing can have seperate uses...
Facing one way and looking another, a space ship pointing one way and it's vector is another, a tank/vehicle travelling one direction and it's guns pointing another, etc...
I would like Token rotation first as I like topdown tokens, but it is probably harder to implement

It's been pretty busy at work this past week so I haven't had the typical RPTools development time, but I'm still planning on doing a build tonight so you can start to take a look at facing, and provide your feedback to direct its development.
From here I plan to fix the hex shape, flesh out the facing some more, get snap to grid working on hexes, then spend some quality time working on stability.
That is, making the networking more resilient, make image caching more intelligent and handle large images better, and make it so it is generally more stable.
From there it sounds like token rotation and non-square tokens are the next most requested feature.
And then I think token properties. Or layers. One of the two.
