The Slow Down issue
It's become quite a nusance, so I'm making it top priority. It appeared within the last two months or so, so I'm going to create some automated tests to try and capture it, then slowly move back in time until I find it.
Bear with us, we'll get it back up to its regular rock solid state Any information you can find, such as a sure fire way to reproduce it (which feature) would be very useful. Thanks !

Giliath and crew did some testing during their campaign last night and found some interesting details.
It's definitely not network related and seems definitely related to rendering the map.
It's possible that it's graphics driver related. I'm thinking that I might have neglected to clean up some video memory somewhere that's adding up in video memory, and some graphics boards can clean them up while others can't.
I don't know that for certain but it certainly seems feasible. I'm going to comb the code for dangling resources.
The unfortunate part is that I may never be able to repro it on my hardware, so the only thing I can do is read the code, patch anything I find, then post a build for you guys to bang on and see if it's fixed or not
So, I'm going to be relying on you guys to help us solve this one !
