1.3b31 Progress
Wanted to give you guys an update, I've been crazy busy over here for a variety of reasons, so dev on b31 has been slow.
That said, I am planning to get b31 out some time next week. I hope to include the introduction of "bags" where you can put random things like tokens, that aren't in play, but want to keep around. This will provide the required feature to finish up decks, which will then let 1.3 be closed out.
I've also received a patch from a user that is expected to improve the network communication speed, particularly when first connecting and the campaign is sent. That's good news
I also plan to spend a lot of b31 fixing the bugs you guys have been finding.

Thanks for the update Trevor!
But not until the vision/lighting stuff is user tweakable and shows shadowy light, right?trevor wrote: This will provide the required feature to finish up decks, which will then let 1.3 be closed out.

I've received quite a few patches from several users for this build, which has been great. The past several nights have been reviewing and applying them.
Here's the b31 list so far:
Build 31
* Add ability to specify how diagonals are measured (Contributed by Artur Biesiadowski)
* Adjust color output to improve HTML compliance (Contributed by Phergus and Naryt)
* Add filename filters to the load and save dialogs for campaigns and campaign properties files (Contributed by Phergus)
* Performance: performance fix for stacked token check (makes having lots of tokens much faster)
* Increase size of New Map->Select Map dialog (Contributed by Phergus)
* Add dialog titles to the paint chooser dialog (Contributed by Phergus)
* OOC macro, shows text as ((my text)) (Contributed by Naryt)
* Clear all Light option on light popup menu (Contributed by Naryt)
* Fix bug: property type not propagating
* Fix bug: hex grid pathing sometimes picks a bad path (Contributed by Artur Biesiadowski)
Contributed by Artur Biesiadowski
* Performance: map explorer doesn't update as often
* Performance: upgrade serialization from hessian 2 to hessian 3
* Performance: Cache token name lookups
* Performance: Cache localhost lookup in GUID
* Performance: Asset manager ignores images it knows are bad
