Bonus points for you then for recognizing quote!
I give out XP bonuses during the game if players catch when characters, places, objects, or names of things make reference to favorite movies or tv shows. Monty Python, Firefly, Princess Bride, Buffy, The Tick, American Gothic, Rocky Horror or really obscure movies like Hawk the Slayer.
Our games have been known to veer off into the bizarre at times. heh.

Update: I've got basic pathing working for hexes. The distance measurement is borked because it's still assuming square grids. I'm gonna have to rip the measurement stuff out and put it in the grid code. Also, the blue path line had to be disabled since the code makes assumptions for square-space. And the cell highlighting still uses squares, so it doesn't look super great, yet.
It'll take a couple of days to work out measurements and cell highlighting, the blue line will probably take a little more work.
My question to you all is, should I go ahead and make a build so you can start playing with it, or do you want to wait a couple days (prob mid next week) to get the two issues fixed ?

I don't use hexes, and I feel like a gaming junkie when new updates come out (it's like Xmas eve all the time around here!). But I don't mind waiting a couple of days so that everyone gets to play with the new toys together.

Just out of curiosity, how close are you to adding some kind of realtive damage indicator? That's my biggest wish for Santa right now.
Understand that I'm not trying to be a squeaky wheel. I just had a couple of players ask me about it. I shouldn't have opened my big mouth to them until it was actuallyin the program!
