MapTool 1.3 Development Build 53 progress

Post by trevor »

I've got some critical bug fixes ready for a build (fix the java-not-quitting issue) as well as a couple bug fix patches.

Unfortunately I'm falling asleep at the keyboard tonight and haven't had time for more testing, so I'll to a build tmrw night (3/10/09).

I apologize for the delay.

Heh, no problem! You'll get it done when you get it done. :)

Is this build going to include the fix for the exploit I pm'd to Craig?

If your falling asleep at the keyboard, your probably putting in more time than you should be anyway.

Were all behind you when ever you put the build out - just don't make your self ill trying to do it.

What they said.

Besides, falling asleep while programming leads to random characters being inserted in odd places ain the code when your head hits the keyboard. I imagine that it can be quite annoying to try to find them all... Just guessing. Not speaking from personal experience. Really.

Oh sure you aren't. Like anyone here is going to believe THAT.

As said in one of my favorite movies, "LIAR! LIAR! He said true love, Max!"

And so on, but the rest isn't really relevant. And if you can't place the movie, your geek card is in suspension until you figure it out and watch the movie until you can quote at least 90% of it from memory.

"INCONCEIVABLE!"
I save all my Campaign Files to DropBox. Not only can I access a campaign file from pretty much any OS that will run Maptool(Win,OSX, linux), but each file is versioned, so if something goes crazy wild, I can always roll back to a previous version of the same file.

Get your Dropbox 2GB via my referral link, and as a bonus, I get an extra 250 MB of space. Even if you don't don't use my link, I still enthusiastically recommend Dropbox..

That's great!

I think that not-so-obscure movie quotes are always better changed slightly to fit the conversation. ;)
