Learning Java, want to look at the MT source code

I'm sort of new to the whole coding scene. Let's say I wanted to have a look at the Maptool source, not to contribute (not for a good long while anyway) but just to learn what I could from it...

Where would I start? SourceForge? I was looking around there but I couldn't figure out what to do.

No problem, I remembered reading it when I setup my Eclipse... so my thought process pretty much went like this:

Hrmm, I thought there was a sticky in this very forum(Developer Notes) about that...
Nope, must be in the Documentation forum...
Nope, maybe the MapTool forum...
Nope, but there is a similar thread with a link to it...

I initially guessed developers, too.

If you're on the newer side of learning java, looking at the dice tool or token tool might be better starts. Less complexity, I would imagine.
