This sort of thing has probably been done many times before, but I thought I'd share what I created.
I run D&D 4th Edition games using MapTool, and I found the need for a bunch of numeric conditions to represent bonuses or penalties to attack rolls, damage rolls and defenses. I also needed numbers to represent vulnerabilities and resistances as well as ongoing damage. So, using the condition markers in the big torrent as a starting point, I made a bunch of different numbers in different colors for my own campaign.
