Token: Inscribed

Just playing around with shadowy effects and such.
Hope you like it! It kinda gives a token a formal look with the inner shadow and the transcription on the ring could give it a powerful look.

Neat, now we just got to make it TokenTool compatible and we're set !

Yeah, I know
I can easily put the 255,0,255 but the users will not like the end result with the pink border.
As soon as TokenTool effectively Fudges, I will modify all the tokens to be TokenTool compatable.
Deal?

Well, I thought I would make another but with more detailed inscriptions. To make Trevor happy, I made it TokenTool compatable however you may not want to make tokens with it until TokenTool fudges a bit better

Here's your inscribed one quickly made to work in TokenTool without fudging.
I still don't really see what problem you're having with making them work unless you're just unwilling to give up the anti-aliased outer edges.

It's not that I can't, nor is it not that I am unwilling; it is more that I am telling Trevor what could use a little tweeking so that it is a bit easier for Noobs.
Thank you though

I just like the crisper, cleaner look of the anti-aliased edges.

Hi Dorpond (of DMGenie fame),
If you want a simple way to remove the off-magenta colours from your token ring edge try doing what I did when I first created my own borders.
Use a circular selection tool to create a selection just on the inside edge of the token without clipping too much of the token edge off.
Invert the selection to have the rest of the picture in the selection except the token ring itself and then simply use a fill tool to fill the selection with magenta. This should work fine, check the sticky in the TokenTools area for the Paint Shop Pro tutorial I wrote.

Try
I took the original into GIMP, filled the outside with magenta, then selected the magenta and used the selection grow to select 1 pixel beyond that. Then I filled the selection with magenta again -- this effectively removed the antialiased pixels making a sharper edge, but that's essentially what we're asking the fudge to do in maptool.

Hey, it is nice to see you friend!
Yeah, I actually know how I can make these work, I just was hoping (like Steel Rat), to be able to have nice anti-alias edges.
That's all.
But thanks for the heads up on that!
Hey, got any cool artwork? Post away!
