I'm waiting to hear from WotC on the matter before I say I am. In the meantime, I am working on my own version of the Caves of Chaos maps. The other one linked isn't too bad, but I'd like to make it more compatible with MT and detailed with map objects and map hopping. I would also like to add a random element for traps and which entrances go where for replay-ability.

So, apparently it's legal now to use it online?

Yes, but you can't share transcripts or reproduce material for redistribution.
