looking for user-generated content for rifts RPG and others in the palladium megaverse

To be honest, besides a possible framework, there isn't a bunch of Rifts-specific content. However, the system being insanely cross-genre, you could take most other content and utilize it in some fashion for a Rifts game.

I too am looking for some sort of Rifts/Palladium maptool resource/framework.
I would even be willing to pay someone to set something decent up, as my coding skills are very subpar. I think I will be posting about this as well, hopefully get someone's attention.
