[Tool] Cone and burst templates for grid junkies

Hello, I made this because I wasn't a fan of maptools' template tool and I figured other people might like using these as well. It's a set of transparent cone and blast templates to just drop straight onto the program. Make sure that you are in the background layer or else it won't line up properly with the grid. I made size 10 - 30 for each type shown in the samples below.
