Hey Team

So I have been looking for a SR2 frameworks and exploding dice rollers but cant find what I want, does someone have laying around code that will allow me to have a pop up rolling box that will let me do the following?

Honestly I searched for 2 hours and the closest stuff I found I couldn't mod or get to work :(

  • Select/Type Number of D6 (Dice Pools)
  • Select/Type the target number
  • Have the Dice Explode

And then in the output

  • Tell me how many success's over "X" Target Number
  • Exclude the failed rolls
  • Be high-lightable so I can see the outputs for each dice (this is a nice to have)

Your help is greatly appreciated :)

Theres a dice roller tool in the BoT, not sure it does what you ask, but could be close

Did you try the SR4/5 Frameworks? It may get you close.

Also, MT has built in support for dice rolls like this, http://lmwcs.com/rptools/wiki/Dice_Expressions

XdYsT : Roll X dice with Y sides each, and count any rolls that meet or exceed T (the "target number") eg /roll 4d6s4
rolls four six-sided dice, and counts any individual roll that exceeds four, presenting the number of "successes" in chat
