Introduction:
Hello again everyone. I'm back to share a world map that I've been working on for my newest campaign setting known as Teon. This particular map is supposed to represent the Kaltamorn Region specifically. Right now I've got most of the features that I want on it. But since the region is so large, my calculations indicate that there would be 1000+ villages and 500+ towns. And that's not counting the subterranean or sub-aquatic settlements. As such I've resolved to populate the map via running campaigns. That way I can add the smaller landmark names, settlements, and more over time. Anyway, here's the map that I have so far. I'd love to know what you guys think of it so far.

The campaign setting is also currently in development. So please take the information you find there with a grain of salt.

Haven't looked at the descriptive links but that map is gorgeous! What software did you use to create it? EDIT: Nevermind, you already said photoshop. Doh! These sorts of things remind me that as much as I think I know how to use photoshop & GIMP, I don't really have a clue how to make something like this from scratch...

Thanks man and don't beat yourself up about it, we all gloss over little yet important details from time to time. And the trick is to just keep at it, do it bit by bit (which is what I did), and don't kill yourself over it. Do it for fun, and then it won't feel as frustrating.paulstrait wrote:Haven't looked at the descriptive links but that map is gorgeous! What software did you use to create it?
