Can you add Xanathar's content in this as well?

Sorry I didn't want to seem ungrateful, but I think the community just never heard anything back from you. Can you answer some of the questions posted previously?
TEMPHP will that get worked in?
As well Xanathar's Guide stuff?

was not meant as an short remark. more as an update.

Yes the framework has a build in tempHP. works like a charm.

As well Xanathar's Guide stuff?

As for the Xanathar's Guide. atm i did not look at this. most stuff should be easy to create in the current system.
I still need to go over the book to see if there are special things that needs to be added.
I build the framework with the idea to be flexible. so the users can add there own spells and skills without much trouble.

Can you use this for Monsters?
at the moment the monsters use the same edit and sheet as the player (just no traits or inventory tab).
So monsters will work but take a little more time to set up.

Is there a frame for monster sheets?
Not yet. but it is in the plans. I have drawn up how I want to do this but not done yet.
It probably also won't be ready before the first release.
I will also try to make a import function so you can import the stat blocks from the D&D beyond website. but that's for the future.

Or you could incorporate this statblock importer for 5E.

I'm still working on it. but with long work days i didn't spent the time on it that i wanted to

I have been adding things in the time that i worked on it.
    - Added an easy way to add states (buffs de-buffs etc)
    - Added a way for players to add custom power class features (like wild shape charges etc) made this for the gunslinger in my campaign
    - Powers can now also use effects from the spell list
    - Put all framework options in one nice menu.
    - Added an extra spell list that has all the spells from the other books
    - added an option for spells to increase their damage when cast at higher level (if spell is able to)
    - beside the temp hp I also added an option to add a hit point maximum buff (like with the aid spell)

I still have a couple of things to finish (mostly to get the framework useable)
    - finish the inventory system so players can move items from 1 player to another.
    - Add Speciality for casters (Arcane Recovery, sorcery points, etc).
    - resting

when I get that done I will make the massive post with the framework and how to use it.

and than later I will add:
Allow GM to create pre-made loot lists with items he can give away while playing.
add fully working magic items to the inventory system with recharge options etc.
Monster statblock importer from the D&D beyond website
Custom character frames for the NPC that are easier to use for the DM.
