I like it so far. The only thing I'm not sure on is the RP as a bar? We're talking about 3-6ish points. And it's not something you really need to see that much? How about a onHover state, using round circle+number graphics? Not sure when you may hit 10 though?
I have a request to add "text" to states, so this may be a good candidate... (plenty of other states like elevation and such as well).
And of course, bad guys have neither RP or Stamina, but setting those to 0 shouldn't affect your bars/logic.

Yeah, I'll skip the RP bar and it'll just be a token property. There are several things that can raise the max RP. The formula is floor(max(1,level/2))+statBonus+rpMods.
