Lol... I see you're using my avatar for one of the npcs. I'm no artist, but I can photoshop fairly well, on a good day. I definitely had fun doing this one. This is the original image I started with:

That's what I used him for in a game of mine as well, but at 20th level: Monk 2/Paladin 2/Sorcerer 3/Enlightened Fist 3/Master of the East Wind 5/Abjurant Champion 5. Having Ascetic Knight and Ascetic Mage is key and being a death touched ups his Cha.

Yeah, I didn't take a lot of the typical protection gear to make him more playable because of his already high saves and AC. His biggest weakness was his BAB, but with Improved Trip I could at least reduce the opponents AC by 4. Btw, polymorphing in to a Mountain Troll really makes him pretty unstoppable. 15' reach and auto trip after attack, not to mention the nice bump in AC and Strength. I pretty much AoO anyone who tried to close in on me with a trip. I did learn you can't trip someone getting up from being prone ( :( ), but I suppose it's for the best (especially if you're a PC).

Well i'd just have to figure out a monster of some sort to mitigate all of that...like the deeper dragon from ruins of the dragon lord...yeah i think that'd work just right :)
