FEATURE: Seek Token

Post by wolph42 »

(This is a feature post, discussion about the functionality of this feature (and this featue alone) can be done here.)

Seek token: a UI that lets you search for a token within the entire campaign.

I would love to have that the same as the one in the BoT. its called 'Seek Token' as its not a function like findToken()
UI - Seek Token

edit:
ideally findToken() would be updated as well, to a similar global functionality. or maybe (better) a new functions globalFindToken() which does that and findToken() remains unchanged.

I would like to have this as a macro function that searches all maps for a specific token name (or wildcard) and returns an array with map,asset_id. You've nailed the pickables.

I guess then it would have to be both. IRC findToken already has some global functionality, it has been discussed by me, AM and Azh, but has been quite a while back.
