So, I created a test 500x500 image as a map, but when I add it to an Isometric map, Flip it to Isometric and snap to grid, it definately does NOT line up with the grid lines.
Same image, on a square grid, snapped to grid...
Now, if un-snap to grid the Iso map, I can move it to align with the grid lines...but shouldn't that be happening automatically? Or did I need read something correctly in this topic, http://forums.rptools.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=26036?
Thanks!

Re: Isometric map not aligning to grid
It doesn't even look like the same number of squares -- the isometric one looks like 11 by 11, while the normal one looks like 10 by 10...
Edit: nevermind, I see it is just half a square on all sides.

Re: Isometric map not aligning to grid
yeah, I thought that too! But when I manually aligned it to the grid, the counts lined up.
But it would be good if "Snap to Grid" worked the same way on the Iso grid as it does on the square grid. Maybe its simply not possible, but it sure would be helpful!
