Interactive Objects by players
I saw a you tube tutorial that featured a door that players can open that also acts as a vision blocking lair, but it didn't go into detail how it was done. Can someone please direct me to where I can learn how to do this? I tried the search engine and forum search and it's not displaying what I need to know.
Re: Interactive Objects by players
Hi Raybon,
the vid you saw most likely used my bag of trick (link in sig) where you can setup doors to that.
however the latest dev version of MT allows you to set vbl on the objects themselves. The advantage of this is that the object itself remains visible, but what is behind it not. So you can see the door but not beyond.
This version is not yet officially released, but can be found in the announcements of this forum.
Alternatively you can install the BoT and use that.
