This may have been brought up but I didn't want to read through the several posts to find out

When I open the lookup window and it is sized smaller, the scroll bar gets hidden. It almost seems like the window doesn't scale down properly.

Oops. I forgot to mention that earlier. You also lose the OK button. Heh.
