The more I use it the more buggies I find but I love this app!
Anyway with the D&D 4e setting and view in index cards the section on the monster card that shows Immunities, Resistances, & Vulnerabilities will ONLY display if I have Map Tools running as well.

I have also discovered that if you JUST add a monster that has those fields it's ok. But, load a monster in the encounter that, you created and entered the stats for manually, with that same monster the fields disappear.

I think that has to do with how that data is populated. Those fields are being filled from a database, so they may not be set up right when you enter them by hand. If you could send me the files you're having problems with and tell me how I can re-create the problem I'll take a look and see if I can fix it for you.
