Bug? Index Card View

Post by Blakey »

Select the first monster in the database (Anaxim) and then look at it in Index Card view. Check out the fields towards the bottom of the card. If you make Init Tool quite thin window-wise you'll discover that the last few entries become unreadable.

Are you referring to there only being partial text in the fields? To make the fields editable I've placed them all into Java's single line text field. When this field contains more text that can be displayed you can use the cursor to scroll the text in the field so that you can see all of it. Since I have no details on what is contained in a particular custom property I show all of them the same way. In the next release you will be able to create your own 'index card' and lay the fields out however you want.

Sorry it took me so long to look into this, I've been out of town and missed it.

Thanks Jay.

Is there a way to force these big fields to wrap rather than being hidden?

No there isn't a way to do this until you can specify your own preview pane in the next version of IT.
