Initiative Tool 1.1.b2 Forgetting Mods?

Every time I save an encounter and reload it, all of the encounter combatants have +0 for their initiative mods. It isn't hard to fix in small groups, but when we are talking 10 or more combatants, reentering all of the mods can be frustrating.
Is this something I am causing or is it Initiative Tool? Should I upgrade to b6?
