One thing as a DM that would be nice to have in InitTool is to have a way to type in monsters from the books as they appear in the books, then have either a drop down menu to choose one to add to an encounter or maybe when "Monster" is chosen in the type field have it try and look up the name you are putting in or something. When setting up for a random encounter the set up time is a little long. When using this for planned encounters it is great.
