There is, and you can get to it from the game selection dialog. It is called d20 3.5. You can also download it here.

Thanks Jay! It is not there in the InitTool Zip file or in the game selection area for InitTool. It is there for CharTool.

IT & CT use the same game settings file. The .rpgame files are no longer included in the zip, they were getting too big and it was difficult to make updates to them without doing a complete build. So I took them out and placed them at the link I posted earlier. Now I can modify them w/o having to re-release CT and IT.
