Falling damage macro

Not sure if this is the right place to add stuff to the PF framework. I wrote up a Falling damage macro today, and it feels awfully nice to give something back to the community here after all the help I've received.

This macro is based on the rules for Falling damage on pg 443 of the PF Core book. I haven't done the one for falling into water yet .. that's next.
