I hope that is a hard stop at 1:30 with a try to finish at 1. I don't want to nod off during the game, but it would be much worse if that happened at work...
Epic play really is not kind without a leader. Even a half-leader is questionable unless the half-leader hybrid has optimized leader abilities and the rest of the party is highly optimized too. I will be adventuring with such a group in the L23 epic. I am sure we will be fine because the characters are quite twinky. Epic play without a leader can be an invitation for trouble, and I'm not really interested in playing without a leader.
Unfortunately, I don't have a leader to offer. I do have a full leader in paragon that I could level up. However, he would be ineffectual if I followed the LFR Campaign Rules about that process. No change in magic items basically makes leveling up nonsensical for characters not near epic anyway.

My vote tends to be high, but depends on several factors, such as game start time, usual play length of mod, number of powergamers, difficulty of mod, party balance, etc.

I don't think that is a legal option any more. I think that was only allowed when the first Epic came out, because there was some concern about having enough P3 play to have enough Epic characters available to play. Now you have to make it at least to 21st level before you can level up to play a game.

I could potentially play though I do have theoretical conflicts every Tuesday (but, eh, I can dodge for a few weeks), though I probably (sh/c)ouldn't tomorrow. What date range are we actually talking?
I've got a dragonborn warlord/battlelord of kord, dwarf artificer/battle engineer, or deva invoker/morninglord-leader (couple encounter "make that miss" immediates, post-encounter heal everyone up over bloodied for free, one shaman heal / enc, some crappy daily healing) I could bring.

The battle engineer is a big help for strikers. If I get to play, my characters are strikers (with minor control elements).
