Whoa, just discovered the token stacking thing. When you double click the little boxes, and can then drag the token you wanted to where you want to move it, nice!
Hows about letting us right click from there as well as moving? If one of the stacked tokens is killed or incapacitated, we could change the state then without moving the token.

I like the key-scroll approach better as well, should cut down on accidental rotations. As for groups....never thought of that, maybe rotate around graphic center of mass, or if that is too had, just make them all rotate around their center like normal (i.g. so thay all twirl around but stay in place).
I could see some big advantages for wargaming using this tool.

I went ahead and dropped this into 1.1b29. Hold SHIFT to make the wheel rotate the selected tokens at the cell facing angles. Hold SHIFT CONTROL to rotate selected tokens at 5 degree increments. Seems to work pretty good.snikle wrote:I agree, that sounds like a great way to do it.Dracorat wrote:As for method, how about just having a modifier key with it (like SHIFT and scroll wheel?)
Dreaming of a 1.3 release
