OK, many people have requested a demo. I can do one this week either Weds or Thursday night. I am EST so I figured anywhere between 7pm and 10pm.

The demo will cover the same thing I did at ICon. It will be using the stable 1.2 release version for the demo and I will show off some cool features of 1.3 at the end.

Who is interested? I am uncertain which day - what is good for you?

What I suggest:
Since we are going to looking at two different versions, it is best that you download the zipped versions of Maptool. Unzip them, and run them when we need them. You can get the zipped version here:

I would like a demo myself, but I can only make it to a Tuesday demo since I have a game scheduled for Wednesday.

I've been using MapTools for a while now but I'm sure there are lots of features I am missing out on.

I would also like to attend. But this week is going to be tough for me during the day and I may need to "study" in the evenings. But either Tue or Wed would be fine with me.

I was going to let the community drive that. From the way it sounds however, two people are interested in Thursday night (Azhrei and Robert) so far.

I will make a specific date/time tomorrow after I observe a general interest and concensus.

I am up for Thursday I could not attend until after 8:30pm.

I am putting together some neat stuff in 1.3 for the end of the demo. Really neat ways of using the portraits and such. Will be fun!

So let me start with a time and see what you guys have in response to it:

How about 9PM EST? This way I can give the demo (1.2 ~ 45 minutes) and then show off some 1.3 (who knows how long here).

BigMac, you mentioned 8:30pm - what time zone is that? I can make the demo later if you guys need to but I usually hit the rack at 10:30PM.

That timing would work quite well for me as I have a Thursday night game that starts at 6:15 Pacific.

I think I will have to stop by as well. I am very interested in the new 1.3 features and I am sure I am missing a few things from 1.2. I should be able to make any of the times you are throwing out work. I am Central.
