Re: Is there an option for adding a transparent border?

There are 3 parts to a token image. Border (top), mask (middle) and image (bottom). The mask filters the image and not the border so, you can make transparent borders if you like. You see that already on some who have a drop shadow.

Re: Unleash the potential of MapTool, make it a creation powerhouse foremost.

Okay, let's stop with any personal criticisms. Arguing over the name sounds a bit silly to me, but whatever motivates you to make MapTool a better product is fine with me. But I think this thread has run its course.

Re: List of properties which appear on stat sheets

Not as it appears in the token type. There's Wiki: getPropertyNamesRaw() for the raw names and Wiki: getRawProperty() for the raw values, but indication of visibility. You can see of token type functions in the wiki. Property Function

Re: Is it possible to get an asset's raw data?

Not within MapTool. You can use an online tool to get the base64 value of an image. There may be some js libraries online that will allow you to upload a file locally and then give you the base64 values. That still wouldn't have a direct connection to tokens. Maybe do a feature request to update the...

Re: Question about playing rpg's online with rp tools

You should check out the community page which has links to several video tutorials. Seems like you needed to set up your vision and lighting or run the server with strict token ownership. You should also checkout the Discord server where the activity and possible answers to your questions is higher.

Re: Strange Visual Errors - Please Help!

My guess is the mask is too big. It should overlap the ring so it cuts the outer ring stuff out, but not go past the inner ring border. You'll need to edit the *.psd file in the .tokentool-rptools folder in your user profile. If you need help with that, just post the psd file here.

Re: Help with Switch/Case! setProperty

It's just some incorrect syntax. Take a look at the last example here: https://wiki.rptools.info/index.php/switch_(roll_option) and the wiki on branching https://wiki.rptools.info/index.php/Macros:Branching_and_Looping#SWITCH_Option. You need to use the code option for multiple statements. Setting a...

Re: Hex and Grid vision weirdness.

Seems like a bug. Does your map have offsets? You can tell if you go to Map | Adjust Grid. If you have values in the offset. I actually got an error when setting a light source to hex that breaks MT for me. I can no longer access the campaign properties. You can add your comments to this seemingly r...

Re: 91.08 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework

Yeah, other macros include the updated sizeModList and looks at the token size, but not that one which goes by the SizeM value.

Re: 91.08 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework

Hi sorry to bother you again, i changed the token and now the small creature has a -1 size Modifier for combat maneuvers, but unfortunately all creatures of differing sizes show the same. It is only the disarm maneuver as far as i can see, trip for example uses the right token size. You probably ch...

Re: 91.08 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework

Code can be a bit of a maze. A lot of the variables are obfuscated by using references and table values. And then there is a lot of copy/pasted code so making a change in one spot may not fix it for all related changes. My goto macro to check for token changes because it leads to everything is editM...

Re: 91.08 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework

You are correct. The chart in subTripPF is wrong. I went ahead and checked the other PF maneuvers and they seem correct. You can either manually update that macro changing this line [H: sizeModList = "-8,-4,-2,-1,0,1,2,4,8"] Or download my latest versions here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders...

Re: Recursive macros to support a subset of a dice roll

Recursion can be done by calling the called macro and passing the info it needs, but you can do this without recursion. [H: numDice = 8] [H: continue = 1] [H: successes = 0] [H: clearRolls() ] [H, while(continue && numDice), code: { [H: roll(numDice,6)] [H: rolls = getNewRolls()] [H: success = json....
