Re: 1.5 issue with Mac
I have already a problem (on Mac also) with 1.4. I can launch two instances of the program, but if I make one a server, it doesn't appears in the LAN listing of the other instance as it used to do with older versions. So, I can not use a second instance as a display for players as I used to do. You...

Re: IPV4 is running out
The biggest problem we face with this at the moment is since none of the developers have an IPv6 connection trying to track down any bugs that cause failures for IPv6 is extremely difficult (the code is not written in a way intentionally excludes IPv6 but if people are saying it doesn't work there m...

Re: Finding Maptool games?
No one here is responsible for Mote. Maptool is an open source project so of someone want to go and try and build a product base off of it, there is very little we can do about it. The only mistake this group made was to allow links to be maintained between this site and theirs. Something we should...

Re: Really Microsoft?
In fact, it could be argued that this offers people more security. I mean, in the last year about 4 of my friends have openly given me their wifi keys when I've gone over to their homes. It's generally a time consuming endeavor (depending on the complexity of their keys). I won't exploit that, but ...

Re: Really Microsoft?
Windows 8 and 10 can't access the Microsoft app store with a local account, for reasons that appear to start and end with "we want to track everything you do, all the time, because it's more profitable to sell that info to advertisers than it is to sell software to you." I think it's less...

Re: New DEV/Testing Builds!
So, is there a performance benefit from using this? For small one/two liners in js.eval() nah, once there is support for a way to add more complex scripts for the more complicated stuff there should be significant performance benefits (as long as its not just a look that calls MTScript ). Having sa...

Re: New DEV/Testing Builds!
Just one more important note!
There is nothing in place yet stopping you at the moment from creating an infinite loop in JavaScript and locking up MapTool, so if you are unsure please save your campaign before testing a macro change as you may lock up maptool.
