Dont use in-character actions with real life logic... It does not make sense that I can only put someone to sleep once day as a wizard either.

By RAW the wizards poster is correct in that you do place your curse.

I think Azhrei's way is best. If everyone is mature (and you dont want kids who whine in your game trust me) than it is the safest way to make sure a player will fit.

Someone can be a great roleplayer in general but not just might not be a good fit for your particular game.
