Kudos! Restore Fog of War

Wanted to let you guys know I'm in love with this feature. I was always having trouble re-hiding areas (for what reason) and this feature does it for me. Since I'm using my city map over and over, it's nice to re-establish the FoW so the map always seems fresh. Thanks a bunch.

Re: online Auto Reveal Fog-of-War bogging maptool down sever

Thanks a bunch :D I'll give it a try Results: Ok I timed 20' movement to see how long it took to actually move and several times to see any difference between the FoW toggled on or not. There's literally no real difference. Single tokens move in 5 sec (that's fine) Changing token varied between 5-10...

Re: online Auto Reveal Fog-of-War bogging maptool down sever

I'm using version 1.4.0.0 set at 1024/128 with BoT for PadEnd movement, server set for no individual FoW, vision set 240 and I got the bogged down movement as well. However removing the individual FoW setting did clear up the FoW re-Hiding issues for me. I have 8 character tokens, nothing attached o...

Re: [HELP] Token Rotation

What are you expecting in the lower right hand corner? The circle to manually resize tokens. I had them before the new java update. I was getting ready to point the program to an older java version. I finally did get the Ctrl+Shift scroll to work rotation. I must have done it wrong last night becau...

Re: [HELP] Token Rotation

Ok :D I'll bite. I Did all that with the token configuration. Top down, Square, didn't matter what setting I put it on, no rotation, no resize/rotation circle in the lower right corner.

Next suggestion?

Re: City Street Terrain map

thnx for sharing. Might I suggest though for a possible future release, to make it grid-less? This makes it easier to adapt for non 5ft systems Yeah I realized that after I posted it :D But I fell subject to the Need A Line To Lineup syndrome. When I first created the map, I didn't think about post...

City Street Terrain map (d&d)

By general means, I created a City Street Terrain map for game play. This wasn't intended to be a street by street city map. It's meant to have multiple city terrains encountered in many inner fantasy cities with plenty of running room. Details are listed on the page above. It's not meant to be part...

Re: Feature: Auto Resize Map

FYI: I tested out this cool feature in 1.4.0.2 for the first time. Cool stuff! I did stumble across a bug though that seems to happen when I right click -> Auto Resize -> And then hold the right mouse down on the map and drag, instead of the left button. That's kinda funny. I tended to accidentally...

Re: Feature: Auto Resize Map

Did you redraw the undermountain or just import the map? I wouldn't mind taking a peek at that if you don't mind, I was a huge Forgotten Realms fan back in 2nd edition AD&D... I imported it. It was way too large to redraw. Just saw this this morning, so let me find the campaign file. Been a whi...

Re: Feature: Auto Resize Map

Yes, I did use Aliasmask's video. Thanks a bunch guys. This program just gets better all the time. BTW, I'm a big fan of the older, larger dungeons, like Undermountain. I do have Undermountain in Maptools. It's not square on, never could be, but when my players ran through it, they didn't mind at al...

Re: Feature: Auto Resize Map

I was so glad when I read this article. Somehow I had managed to miss this feature. (DOH) But it came in the nick of time. I too have a HUGE campaign cartographer city street map, but try as I might to export it, it just wouldn't load. So, I cut it into 99 pieces, most 47X30, some 28X30, so it was e...

Re: Dungeon Generator: feedback please

Yeah the search can be a pain. There's several sites I use periodically, some better than others. I breezed through them and didn't find a mention of the code, but there are free script libraries on this page here: http://www.outworldz.com/Secondlife/Tools/tools.htm Course I'm looking blind, being c...

Re: Dungeon Generator: feedback please

Don't know if this would help you any. Mythweavers hosts a 3.5 version of Jamis Buck's Dungeon Generator, and I have the 3.0 version on my website, if you think it would help called darcphaze, which is also html based.
