Same here, i know i've been gone a while, but looking today i can't find any talk of 1.4?

I've seen some RPG projects raise an incredible amount of money (over a million dollars for the Order of the Stick books)... :shock: Really? Sheesh. I bought all three of the first books but I wouldn't have put up money in adance, I think... If I could get that kind of cash I could quit my day job!...

So I'm looking for info either to do one myself or to provide info to a group who's done a great job with other podcasts. If you want to chime in comment on the blog post below.

RPG's FAQ mentions rptools as part of the list of software available for gamers. http://www.reddit.com/r/rpg/ there's also a few posts where people mention that they use Maptool, or suggest it.

Sorry, in this case the Alternative I was suggesting was the Lunduke SDK... It's not ready yet, but by the time 1.4 is "done" and 2.0 is starting the Lunduke SDK should be close to ready.

Ubuntu's started work on 12.04 which will be their next LTS release, the way people talk unity behaves a lot better (still waiting on the thing to finish downloading to play with myself)... Looked great, my only suggestion would be that if your going to build a dedicated table, and go through this much, get a little net-top or mini-pc to run the instance of mt for the table. This'll resolve the mouse, and response issues.

Start with your plan to integrate jkGUI for 1.4 (or 1.5), then work on the voip in the one after that.

The source is available on the site as well, and it's all GPLv2. We could take a stab at providing better export code...
