Re: Tokenlab: Pathfinder Herolabs -> Maptools converter

Just a heads up, the latest version of Herolab broke Tokenlab (new xml formats), so I patched it. - jar file download (dropbox) - full zip solution General point: I've migrated off of MapTools in favor of roll20. This is primarily due to the fact that the MapTools scripting system drives me effing b...

Hello! Thank you. Can you email me the herolab .por file for the token you're having an issue with? I will try to reproduce the issue :-)

Re: Tokenlab: Pathfinder Herolabs -> Maptools converter

Thank you!

I noticed this as well earlier in the week and silently patched TokenLab. If you grab the jar or the zip file you'll see that this has been corrected.

Cheers

Re: Tokenlab: Pathfinder Herolabs -> Maptools converter

Hi Tinner! Sorry to see you are having problems. Easiest way to help debug your issue is to do a chat session. Are you free this week to join me at chat.dmtools.org ? I should be free most nights after 8 pm EST; just let me know what works for you. I can be reached at sozinsky at gmail dot com for c...

Re: Tokenlab: Pathfinder Herolabs -> Maptools converter

Version 0.22 released. This is a minor release (no framework changes) where I've overhauled how hit points are handled. Notably: 1) There are now two hitpoint buttons, "+HP" (to heal) and "-HP" to harm. 2) All HP changes made to NPCs are now private to the GM. (Previously they we...

Re: Tokenlab: Pathfinder Herolabs -> Maptools converter

The .por file is the actual herolab file that you create and save using herolab. it contains the characters/PCs/NPCs. .por is the extension. yep, the xml file is the one you export. I prefer the .por file as it lets me debug the issue the furthest upstream I can.

Re: Tokenlab: Pathfinder Herolabs -> Maptools converter

That's an interesting idea. I'll probably implement that as a (non-defaulted) option inside the TokenLab application itself.

Re: Tokenlab: Pathfinder Herolabs -> Maptools converter

Aren't they all :-) Yeah, I'm not sure what to do about those excess daggers. The issue is that TokenLab can't infer from the xml file whether or not they are going to be used as ranged weapons or as melee weapons. In the XML they are all grouped under the <melee> tag. Here's the mainhand dagger; : ...

Re: Tokenlab: Pathfinder Herolabs -> Maptools converter

Ok, both the weapon issues mention above should be fixed, downloadable from the usual location . For dual-wield, if you have two daggers, the primary will be "Dagger", and the offhand will be "Dagger (offhand)". (Note that since this is just a simple set of fixes, you really only...
