Re: Moving tokens not hitting the right squares.

That's so much better.
I must have had that at one point and turned it off when using other frameworks and campaigns.
Thank you, AliasMask, and sorry for wasting everyone's time.

Re: Moving tokens not hitting the right squares.

I have now. No change. I uploaded a minute video. You can see that when you select the token, it jumps down and to the right. And when you move it up or to the left, just a little, you can see it highlight the next square. Right and down, and it takes almost the whole token to highlight the next spa...

Re: Moving tokens not hitting the right squares.

Code: Select all

C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\MapTool\MapTool.exe
This is the path from my shortcut. And the .exe is 1.5.4.0

Re: Moving tokens not hitting the right squares.

I start the program.
The splash page says "Lauching... v1.5.4 Developer Release."
Select Library Window.
Select Default
Select Tokens
Drag Dragon to Grassland Map
Click OK on Token Properties pop-up.
Drag the token, it doesn't go where I think it should.

Re: Moving tokens not hitting the right squares.

Definitely still not working for me.
When I start the most current .exe 1.5.4, I get:

Launching... v1.5.4
Developer Release

And the same behaviour still persists.

Moving tokens not hitting the right squares.

If I move a token, it moves wrong. 1.5.4 Square grid. New Campaign. Pre-installed token. As soon as the token moves up, it highlights the upper square. Same thing if I move left. However, if I move right or down, I have to move the whole token to the next space before it highlights. When I release t...

Re: NPCs and vision

https://github.com/RPTools/maptool/issues/187 So, I read the Github, but I'm not a developer, so I don't understand if this is being fixed. Right now, an NPC token has to have "Have Sight" unchecked for it not to auto-reveal FoW. But that means I, as the DM, can't see what an NPC can see. ...

But I want the one you use. I have a red one.
I like your orange to red one.
Would you mind sharing it?

Re: Copy Pasting issues

Because with a spreadsheet I can just change the text in column A and leave all the code alone in column B.
I know nothing about coding, just really good and copy and pasting. Usually.

Re: Copy Pasting issues

That was it.
The quote was there but because it started a cell row, it didn't show up and wouldn't copy.
Thank you.

Copy Pasting issues

So, I would like to be able to take this macro, copy it to a spreadsheet so I can edit it easily, and copy it back. But when I copy it back, even without changing anything, it doesn't work. I'm sure I'm picking up something code wise by using a spreadsheet, but I can't figure out what it is. Any ide...
