Yep, correct. There's no way for a user to modify the sizes that are available. Sad, huh? :| There is an XML file buried in the JAR file somewhere that contains the footprint layouts of tokens and their relative scales. During I was editing the Tyranid maps with wolph42's tile pack, i've noticed that these maps are too small for encounters.
Maybe someone knows some good maps with right size and walls so that i have to only change the floor tiles. I use mostly maps with 100x100 pixel per grid square.

I've had problem to use maptool as I transfered the files to another computer. I took all files (even the file in the Document directory) but it didn't take over the settings.
