Re: Giant Token Library
The link works and the file exists, it's just 4shared is a site designed to lure you into clicking the wrong link. It's kind of a crappy file sharing site, I'd recommend hosting it elsewhere.

Re: Board Search Function & Common Words
The common word search is a feature of phpBB (a free forum software written in php) and can be turned off in the settings of phpBB. I've never personally found it useful, but some do.

Re: [Hopefully] MapTool 1.3 Build 91
I loaded up a couple of my old things in it and it seemed to work fine, although I (admittedly) didn't have many paces to put it through. I was using Java 8 on Windows 8.1.
Really excited to see a new build go up on the site though, thanks Craig!

Re: Unable to launch Dicetool (1.0.b34)
You should have an option to Open With, it's just usually under everything else instead of where you would expect it to be -- so look half way down the list that comes up when you right click. It has a right arrow beside it to expand the menu. Barring that, Wolph is talking about the batch files (.b...

Re: US Politics - Wealth Distribution
I don't think you can argue that a CEO's pay bears no relation to a company's performance. Even if your belief is that corporations are all run out of greed -- a CEO's pay and benefits all come out of the pockets of the shareholders. No private board of directors is going to let their CEO continuall...

Re: US Politics - Wealth Distribution
I've seen this video a few times and I agree with jfrazierjr on pretty much all points. I disagree that you have to get lucky or know someone in order to achieve income mobility. I don't disagree that a comfortable lifestyle requires multiple incomes. I'm also a big proponent of hard work and the ca...

Re: anyone using an SCM for framework building
I agree with Az on the weirdness of Git. I keep a "cheat sheet" handy for the commands I commonly forget (don't use often) and I don't make use of most of git's functionality. But, git is also really prolific with open source software these days (mainly due to github) and I find it accompl...

Re: anyone using an SCM for framework building
I really like Git. We use a private site for our company projects and I spend a bit of time on GitHub for open source projects. GitHub is nice because it's free and fairly popular. You can use it as a central repository for that many users and GitHub's tutorials are pretty nice. If you're not trying...

Correct that save ends effects don't stack, but for clarification "Dazed and Immobilized" as one effect and "Dazed and taking ongoing 5 radiant" would require two saving throws even though they both say "Dazed" in them. This is because the effects are not identical effe...

Dicenomicon from http://www.gandreas.com/iphone/dicenomicon/ has a pretty good interface for both choosing dice to roll and building expressions.

Colmarr had some pretty good updates and fixes for Rumble's framework you might want to incorporate too. At one point the version I was using was something like Vhex's Version of Colmarr's Customizations of Rumble's Framework~

Re: framework for a token if the host doesn't have it?
It may not work, I just thought it did. I don't have MapTool on any of the computers where I am, so I can't test it. My suggestion would be to see if you can call a macro from a token named Lib:Something (since I know that works) and then remove the Lib: from that token (and your code) to see if it ...

The format for the macro roll option is here; http://lmwcs.com/rptools/wiki/macro_%28roll_option%29
Remember that it has to have an argument passed to it.
[macro("TestMacro@Lib:TestToken"):1]
