Re: MT1.3b87.06 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework (NEW! Latest V

I'm sorry for all the questions but I'm not very good at this kind of thing. How does one go about creating a PC and statting them out and getting all the buttons available to the player for them? Is it any different for making an NPC? If so, how do you do that? Its the same process, I'd just sugge...

Re: MT1.3b87.06 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework (NEW! Latest V

Statblock2Token is broken again. And now we can't use the old versions for some reason.   Error in body of roll.       Statement options (if any): H, IF(0       Statement Body (first 200 characters): { [Size_txt=getGroup(id, 1, 1)] [setSize(Size_txt)] [sizeList = table( "SysVars", json.ge...

Re: MT1.3b87.06 Pathfinder + D&D3.5 Framework (NEW! Latest V

Is there a way to get character sheet information into the macro's without my players having to understand the code? The easiest way I know of if the statblock2token macro is broken is to use the "Setup Blank" macro under the Setup section. It will walk you through a bunch of different sc...

Re: MT1.3b87.04 PF+3.5 Framework (RELEASED... Latest Version

1) I'm using build 87 2) I have both java 6 and 7 installed but maptools uses the java 6. I have no problems running the last version of your framework. 3) I am having a problem getting a "Illegal argument type java.lang.String, expecting java.math.BigDecimal" error when running the summon...

Re: MT1.3b87.04 PF+3.5 Framework (RELEASED... Latest Version

Downloaded this tonight (June 1st) and while I'm waaay to tired to play around with it too much, I have run into the "Illegal argument type java.lang.String, expecting java.math.BigDecimal" error twice, once when I was trying to setup a new token using the Setup Blank macro, and then when ...

Re: MT1.3b87.02 Campaign Framework (LATEST VERSION)

Out of curiosity, what abilities and feats are you trying to add? I've found that most things don't actually need an active macro in order to work with the framework.

Re: MT1.3b87.02 Campaign Framework (LATEST VERSION)

In reference to your question about the tokens, you're creating them correctly. The famework doesn't currently support any way of tracking classes and the section about the healing surges and channels is for use if you have the class abilities. It just allows the respective macros to run correctly. ...

Re: MT1.3b87.02 Campaign Framework (LATEST VERSION)

Damage is normally done manually via the Change HP (F5 key) Macro. The only exception to this is the new targeting macro for area effect spells which can apply the damage itself. There was talk of updating the attack macro at one point but Lindsay decided she didn't want to because then it would jus...

Re: MT1.3b87.02 Campaign Framework (LATEST VERSION)

One thing you might need to change is the Java 7 back to Java 6. The current build of maptools (87, i think) has a known issue with Java 7. There is an entire post about it at viewtopic.php?f=1&t=21856. Hope this helps.

Re: MT1.3b87.02 Campaign Framework (LATEST VERSION)

When you move the pads are you making sure to have a PadStart1 and PadEnd1? Also, have you used the initialize pads macro under the bag of tricks add on?

Re: MT1.3b87.02 Campaign Framework (LATEST VERSION)

So I've been playing with the macros and I was wondering if there was any way to change the attack macro to allow for 0 damage output instead of the minimum of 1. Thanks

Re: MT1.3b87.02 Campaign Framework (LATEST VERSION)

Thank you both for your help! I was able to get it working just the way I had hoped. One of the great things about maptool is all the community support available to people. Thanks again!

Re: Macro Counter Help

The problem with that is that I'm trying not to edit the token properties. I'm using a framework that already has extensive properties and would rather not risk messing something up for this. Also, I was hoping to have multiples of this macro but with different charge amounts such as "X" m...

Macro Counter Help

So I've been trying to figure out how to make a macro that keeps a record on how many times its been used. Basically I want the output to read something along the lines of: "You have __ charges left." I've looked over the macro resources and have been trying to figure it out all night but ...
