Re: D&D 4E: H1 Keep on the Shadowfell

Oh wow, I am just getting into MapTools and was going to use Keep on the Shadowfell to start out. would you mind if i add to your cmpgn file? This answer might be coming "a little" late but: of course mate! The whole point of putting it here is to have people using it. If you have any fee...

Re: Connection problems in Windows 8 / Java 6

I use windows defender and I get a nice pop-up 'allow network acces for...' when I start maptool for the first time. After that it works. Mcafee is known to be a big 'bringer of hassle' when it comes to internet. In all, you might want to try defender and see if that *does* comply with java. Exactl...

Re: Connection problems in Windows 8 / Java 6

... The bugs introduced in b87 that killed UPnP were more or less fixed in b89. b90 has a more complete UPnP fix... Oh! I wish I knew this before! Not sure your exact problem and if you resolved it or not but I can tell you that I am using Windows 8 [...] Are you running MapTool as an adminis...

Re: Connection problems in Windows 8 / Java 6

I recommend using MT b89 and turning on UPnP. If not, then I would recommend making a new port forwarding port (51235?) for Comp8. After you set up the router, unplug it for 60 seconds and then plug back in. You may want to restart the server computer as well. My main concern is porting my campaign...

Connection problems in Windows 8 / Java 6

I have a problem that has been troubling me, I´m simply puzzled here. I´ll try to give a short description of it so it is readable, and flesh out the details people judge important latter. I have two computers, let´s call them Comp7 and Comp8, and they are running: Comp7: Windows 7 SP1, 64 bit, JRE ...

Re: D&D 4E: H1 Keep on the Shadowfell

I didn't keep track of the modifications, but they were really minor. Most are related to the fact that I don't use maptool to play online, but with a flatscreen TV lying on the top of a table. So everyone is present and we like to roll dice - the framework is mostly used to keep track of conditions...

Re: Keep on the Shadowfell

I have my own rendering of this module (used maps and images gathered on the NET, via google image search - so it's all in the wild anyway):

D&D 4E: H1 Keep on the Shadowfell

This is a complete rendering of the H1 module for use with Maptool. I use a slightly modified Rumble's 4th edition framework. DOWNLOAD LINK Just download the cmpgn file, open it with MapTool and let me know how you like it. Small disclaimer: I would post this in the "Published Module Support&qu...
