Re: AD&D (1e or 2e) Framework

Do you recall what 3.1 fixed over 3.0?

Re: AD&D 2nd Edition Campaign Framework

Hey quikdagger, are you still around at all? Quite a while ago you said: Together with aliasmask I am working on getting a modification to the SpellDescriptions for the AD&D system. With Plothos' new "rulebook" class spell system I have been able to create a basic spell list for use in...

Re: AD&D 2nd Edition Campaign Framework

Did you make sure to impersonate the token first? As noted previously, you need to impersonate the token and use the Character Sheet button from the Impersonate window before the other tabs will work.

Re: how does one line up stubborn background objects

Right click on the object and deselect "Snap to grid"?
Also, you can go to Edit/Preferences and under Backgrounds, disable "Start Snap to Grid".

Re: Connection issues

You said one PC is running Java 7? Aren't there a bunch of issues with older MapTool running in Java 7 besides the launcher issues? I recall getting a lot of errors from the VBL using b87 in Java 7. While it may not solve your problem, if it's possible, upgrading MapTool to b90 or 91 might be someth...

Re: AD&D 2nd Edition Campaign Framework

I've put what I've done in an empty campaign file here. This should hopefully just work. I tested this with MapTool b90. If using any other version, you can can get rid of the lib:fixB90 token as the json bug doesn't exist in older or newer versions of MapTool, as far as I am aware. Off the top of m...

Re: Wolph42's 'Drop-in' Bag of MT Tricks v.37 [MAP EDITOR]

Just a quick note after having downloaded this, I noticed a few cosmetic errors. In lib:OnTokenMove, the macro tooltip for "Toggle Door" misspells 'button' as 'buttong'. Additionally, the macros "Execute Event", and "Toggle Lock" also all have the same (misspelled) tool...

Re: AD&D 2nd Edition Campaign Framework

And I found the answer to my own question. In the beta for MapTool 1.3.b90, there is a bug with json.sort that affects this campaign. Including the fix from the archive, libfixb90.rptok fixes this. I'm not sure why I didn't get it to work in b89, but it's possible I was doing something else wrong th...

Re: AD&D 2nd Edition Campaign Framework

So there hasn't been any new posts in this thread for about 2 years, but I've recently started trying to incorporate more functionality into the AD&D 2nd Edition campaign I have been running. I made an attempt to to import the campaign from this thread into my own, spent some time fixing some sp...
