I believe that this is working fine now when I checked this.

Seems like HG install for Mediawiki still has an outdated version. I just hope that they will look into it.

Changing the TTL on DNS settings to a minimum can cause BW issues too. It's better I think to leave it at default.

I disabled DNS caching for me and this worked like a charm!

Site is back up upon checking.
